Both personal and telephone consultations work successfully well.


Personal Consultations

At New Challenges we feel it's important our clients feel safe and secure, and for this reason personal consultations take place in a safe environment away from the home in a mutually agreed venue. New Challenges is based in North Bedfordshire and takes in personal clients from Bedfordshire and surrounding counties. We're always pleased to accommodate those who are willing to travel further.


Telephone Consultations

Telephone consultations are great for those further away in the UK, or elsewhere, and are also available for those whose commitments do not allow them time to travel. Our Life Coach, Jacquie, ensures that clients who prefer telephone consultations do not miss out on her charm and ability. They're treated to the same caring, sensitive and encouraging attitude that Jacquie shows her personal clients.


Personal and Telephone Consultations

Both personal and telephone consultations take place weekly or fortnightly, depending on a client's preference. After four consultations moving onto monthly sessions becomes an option, with regular contact being kept by email. Jacquie feels it's important that her clients feel totally at ease and aren't hindered by taking notes during sessions. To aid her clients, Jacquie sends a summary of the main points discussed within forty-eight hours of each coaching session. This also gives clients a record of their achievements. All coaching sessions are treated with total and absolute confidentiality.
